Shipping & Returns
Shipping
All orders ship within 1-2 business days from our fulfillment partners. Standard delivery times after dispatch:
- United States: 7-12 business days
- Canada, UK, Australia: 10-18 business days
- Rest of world: 12-21 business days
Free shipping on orders over $100. Below $100, flat-rate shipping of $5.99 applies in the US.
You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order is dispatched. If you don't see it within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then email support@norrinta.com.
International orders
We ship globally. Customs fees, import duties, or VAT may apply depending on your country — these are the customer's responsibility and not included in our shipping price. Norrinta is not responsible for delays caused by customs in your country.
Returns
We offer a 30-day risk-free trial on every product. If you're not satisfied for any reason, email support@norrinta.com within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
To be eligible for a refund:
- Item must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging
- Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Customer covers return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving the returned item, back to your original payment method.
Damaged or defective orders
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't work as expected, email us within 7 days of delivery at support@norrinta.com with photos. We'll send a free replacement or full refund — your choice. Defective items don't require return shipping.
Lost packages
If tracking shows delivered but you don't have the package, please:
1. Check with neighbors and household members
2. Wait 24-48 hours (carriers occasionally mark deliveries early)
3. Contact your local carrier
4. Email us if still missing — we'll work with you on a resolution
