Shipping
How long does shipping take?
US orders ship in 7-12 business days. International orders take 10-21 days depending on location. You'll receive tracking once your order is fulfilled.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from fulfillment partners in the US and Asia depending on stock availability. Tracking will reflect the origin warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Customs fees may apply depending on your region — these are the customer's responsibility.
Why does my order have multiple tracking numbers?
Larger orders sometimes ship in separate packages from different warehouses. Each will have its own tracking number, and you'll receive an email for each.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, or Shop Pay. We never see or store your card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email support@norrinta.com immediately and we'll do our best. Once an order is fulfilled, we can't cancel — but you can return it within 30 days for a refund.
Do you charge sales tax?
We collect sales tax on orders shipped to states where we have nexus, including Florida. Tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery, no questions asked. Email support@norrinta.com to start a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer covers return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect, in which case we cover it.
How long do refunds take?
5-7 business days from when we receive the return, back to your original payment method.
Products
Are your products covered by warranty?
Yes. Most products include a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Specific warranty terms are listed on each product page.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Not at this time, but we may in the future. Email us if you're interested in a large order.
